Together we'll talk through your goals with a plan made just for you and over a series of sessions, track your progress and watch the journey.
We can make our own schedule; once, twice, three times a week?
For one hour, 75 or 90 minute sessions - the choice is yours.
Prices will vary based on the duration of the class and if there are multiple people joining.
